I am a Norwich based guitarist offering tuition, recording and depping services, specialising in Blues & Roots. I have 20+ years playing experience, over 10 years teaching experience at all levels and hold a DTLLS in music education.

ABOUT ME

I have been a guitarist for over 20 years, and have covered a wide range of playing styles and musical genres, from 12 piece funk/soul bands to power trios and acoustic blues duos. My main style of playing is Blues & Roots incorporating a wide range of influences from slide guitar and blues rock lead, all the way to soul/funk/gospel style rhythm parts and country picking.

My own band is prevalent on the UK live circuit and has been nominated for best album (Dove & Boweevil Band – This Life) in the British Blues Awards, and I have been previously in the nominations list in the Blues Guitarist category too.

I am extremely passionate about music and the connections that playing with other musicians can make. I would love to hear from you about any session work, depping, gigs or upcoming jams.
